Navigo’s OrgPlus help desk is designed to help you get the most from your OrgPlus org charts.
Famously, Navigo is the only dedicated Australian help desk for an intelligent organisational charting solution. Service like this isn’t available elsewhere.
In addition to OrgPlus Support and Maintenance and OrgPlus Managed Services, Navigo provides ad hoc OrgPlus services to meet your organisational charting needs.
Pay-Per Instance OrgPlus Support
OrgPlus users with standard support have many types of support included in their plans.
For everyone else, Navigo pay-per-instance support covers assistance with the following:
- Data refresh errors
- Data import errors
- Publishing errors
- Formula calculation errors
- Conditional formatting errors
- Chart rule errors
- General chart errors
Pay-per instance support is available at AUD$250 (ex GST) per error (as categorised above)
Please note that pay-per-instance support is payable in advance via credit card and includes a maximum of one hour dedicated to resolving the issue. Depending on the error we may require remote access to your technical environment. To arrange ad-hoc support simply contact us.
OrgPlus Mentoring
OrgPlus Mentoring gives you one-on-one access to an OrgPlus charting expert.
Working with you either remotely or on-site, an OrgPlus Mentor can teach you how to use OrgPlus’s advanced features, functions, tools and reports, or even build and deploy org charts to your specifications.
OrgPlus Mentoring delivers a unique combination of both learning and professional services, to improve your charts and also teach your users the methods used, internalising the process within your team to save you money over time: We call it “true consulting”.
OrgPlus Mentoring is available from AUD$250 (ex GST) per hour
