Response Times
At Navigo's Support Desk we appreciate the urgency of your issue and will try to resolve it as soon as possible. A receipt of support request will be sent to you via email within one hour of logging the issue. A follow up phone call or email will usually occur within the next 2 business days.
Please note that the Support Desk is closed on the following Melbourne public holidays: Australia Day, Labour Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, ANZAC Day, Queen's Birthday, Melbourne Cup Day, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.
Lodging a Support Request
To help us with your request, please provide the following information.
Support for OrgPlus Professional/Premium:
- A detailed description of the problem
- A copy or description of any error messages that appear
- The version and build number of OrgPlus Professional/Premium
(found by clicking Start -> All Programs -> Human Concepts -> HC SysInfo)
- A copy of (or subset of) your data set
- A copy of your chart (.opx) or chart template (.opxt)
Support for OrgPlus Enterprise:
- A detailed description of the problem
- A copy or description of any error messages that appear
- The name and version of the web browser you are using
- The version and build number of OrgPlus Enterprise
(found in the Admin panel under Licence -> OrgPlus Enterprise)
- The type and version of your OrgPlus Enterprise application database
- The version of Windows that OrgPlus Enterprise is running on
- The location of your OrgPlus Enterprise application database
(eg: Local to the OrgPlus Enterprise server, or remote)
- Any relevant entries in the Windows Event Viewer
(Start -> Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Event Viewer)
Support for HRIS systems:
- A detailed description of the problem
- A copy of the trace log or error message
